Southern Coast of England - Birling Gap

The cliffs are not as white and not as high at Birling Gap but you can access the beach. It is not a sandy white beach but a beach made entirely of rocks and pebbles. It makes for difficult walking. It can't be comfortable to lie on either. You can see the line where the last storm's high tide threw up a load of rocks!
